Please Help Me Pray!

You know my mama always said you can look around and find someone in worse shape than you. I did not have to look far. One of my little blogger friends need our prayers! On Oct.6,08 she was told that she had acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Avarie is 4 years old! She has had a bone marrow transplant. This is day 10 of the transplant. It is not going as good as it should. I wish I was close enough to them to help out, but all I can do is pray for her and check for updates when her parents has time to post them. Her and her family has been on my heart so heavy! I can not imagine what her parents think or feel. I know they are so tired. She keeps that sweet little smile of hers most of the time. Please help me pray for her, and pray for her parents, that the Lord gives them strength to get through this. I know you my precious blogger friends can get a prayer through, so please PRAY! May God Bless You All!

  3. Tomorrow, I will walk to the grave of another friend who lost her battle with cancer yesterday. Ultimately, she's won the victory; still and yet, my heart is sad.

    Praying for you and Avarie.

  5. She will be in my prayers, also.

Faye, prayer IS the most powerful thing you can to for little Averie, but sometimes it just doesn't feel that way. Even though you are too far away to help physically, your prayers are helping as well -- and you have bloggyland praying, too!

    Blessings!
