GOODMORNING!
Goodmorning to all my precious friends. Hope you all had a blessed weekend. We did. There is so much I want to get done when we go to our Summerville home.I really need to paint and do a whole lot of major cleaning! I guess I will get it done in time. Seeing all the family is more important than anything, when I do get there. Thoes baby grands are so precious! Nathan is talking so good now.Noah was having a pretty good day.Luke is just Luke.I tell him he is the little man around the house, while dad is gone. Adam is so sweet. He is so loving! Gabbi is so grown up for an 8 year old! She is something else. Gavin is just a little chunk of love. They are all so precious.Thier moms is not so bad themselves! You know one of my friends was talking about Rom.chap.5:1-5 yesterday! It is some good scripture to read.It talks about (Therefore being justified by faith,we have peace with God through, our Lord Jesus Christ.By whom we also have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand and rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.And not only so,but we glory in tribulations also.Knowing that tribulation worketh patience. And patience, experience, and patience experience hope. And hope maketh not ashamed, because the love of our God is shed abroad in our hearts by the holy ghost, which is given to us).I just love that scripture! You know the closer you try to live for God, the more the devil will try to tare you down. I have learned he will only have as much power as I let him have. I am standing strong im my faith. I refuse to let him destroy me! God is patient, and He is love. He is not the author of confusion, but the devil is! Well you girls know how I am about taking pics of thoes sunrises. I took this early sat. morning. It is so beautiful. Only God could make something as beautiful as this! I went out on the porch, It was so peaceful out there. I hope you all have a very blessed day! Just look up and smile. God loves us all, no matter what! He is such an awson God! We are all so blessed.

ReplyDeleteThe sunrise is beautiful, Faye. I love a beautiful sunrise &/or sunset.
I carry my camera in my purse now all the time. I don't want to miss a thing. :)
Thank you for sharing Rom. 5 with us this morning. There is a situation I'd like you to pray for if you would. It doesn't involve me directly, but is one of those situations where the devil is trying so hard to stir up trouble and it's over such a silly thing.
This Scripture was good for me to read this morning.
Have a blessed day!
Love,
Valerie
It's good that you had such a nice weekend. Yes, you are a good learner!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great weekend! What a beautiful sunrise...I can't say I'm ever up early enough to see "pinks" but I do sit and watch it after hubby leaves for work. No views today though, just lots of marine layer and clouds. It's okay though. I love this kind of weather.

Hello, Faye! Beautiful sunrise! I used to use a lot of sunrise pics on my devotional blog because I love them so much and they speak to me so much of God's awesome power, creativity and love! ♥
ReplyDeleteOh dear friend, thank you! I needed that verse today. I have had a long, hard day at work and the devil is trying to attack my emotions. I refuse to let him do that and instead I am seeking our Father. The verse was perfect so again thank you! The grands sound precious and they are so blessed to have you. Have a nice rest of the day!
ReplyDeleteWhat an encouraging blog! I just stumbled on here this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteHi Faye,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments! I love your sunset and your encouraging words. Yes, I agree that God is not the author of confusion and whenever I get confused I remind myself that God is there and that peace is what I need to feel. It is only a prayer away. Enjoy your day!

By the way- I am still working on that post I was telling you about. It just keeps getting harder and harder to write. I think maybe I have not learned enough yet to 'write' it. But it's coming eventually.
Oh, and I just had to comment on 8 year olds, lol. Beings that I have one of 'em. Well, I did until her birthday last week. They can really be something at that age, lol.
