GOODMORNING TO ALL!HOPE YOU HAD A PEACEFULL NIGHT. IT HAS BEEN VERY WINDY HERE IN GEORGIA. I TOOK A PIC. OF THE AZALIAS. I WAS SO WORRIED THE WIND WOULD DO DAMAGE TO THEM BUT THEY ARE FINE. THEY ARE ABOUT EIGHT OF THEM THIS SAME COLOR.THEY ARE AS TALL AS I AM.NOW THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE GROUND FOR ABOUT 25 YEARS SO I GUESS IT WOULD TAKE A LOT OF WIND TO DAMAGE THEM.I THINK THEY HAVE HOMESTEAD HERE NOW!.I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A VERY BLESSED DAY TODAY!

  4. Happy Earth Day! Did you know your post is actually so befitting to Earth Day. Plants in all their wonderful glory :0). I have an azalea blooming right outside my front door in a little planter we have there. It's soooo happy. It's the same color as yours. I was worried about mine too because for the past four days we've been in the middle of a heatwave and I was sure the blooms would wilt and fall off. Nope! Miss Azalea is still going strong and is showing her blooms off as happy as can be. I'll have to give her a good watering tonight. Today is one of the days I can water (limited to Wed's and Sat's) due to our drought.
    Enjoy your day!

  8. Dear Fayelynn, I love the picture of you and Faye (your Mom - My sister n law) You favor your Mom so much the older you get and you also sound so much like her. I know she is looking down from heaven and is so proud of you. You mean to much to many. You and I are like sisters; so close in age. We always pulled pranks on each other. Once in particular was when your Mom had back surgery. I let you sleep in my bed and told you not to pee in the bed that the electric blanket would kill us both (LOL I had no idea that frightened you even to just a few years ago. How it gave your Mom a good laugh when you told her... LOL LOL
I was 3 yrs old when Faye married my brother Jerry. Oh how pretty she was. I really remember my other brothers and all Faye and Jerry's friends threw rice at them and Faye squilled with Delight...They had an amazing marriage and gave their Heart and Soul to there Children, family, and most of all God. You lost your Mom, she was a precious percious jewel and she left big shoes for you and anyone that knew her, especially me as well. She was one in a million and I was honored an a privilage to called her My Big Sister.
You know when we were young people thought we were twins, LOL...I'm so greatful to have a neice, little sister, and friend. We can tell each other anything and know it stays with each other. It was such a joy for you to come visit. We caught up with so much and I'm so glad you liked the 2 presents I gave you from my MOM and your Memaw...She loved you so much and she would be happy I passed it to you as you are the oldest grandaughter..
    Love you so much
